A church is a sacred space where believers gather to practice their faith every Sunday. Inside a church, you should avoid talking, texting or using your phone during services, chewing gum, wearing casual or revealing clothing, and being loud in the worship space before the service begins.

Profane Talking:
Profane Talking is treating sacred things without respect through behaviour or rude language

**When we gather at church, we should be happy and forget our worries. We need to greet each other and speak with everyone; we need to be humble, have patience, and treat everyone respectfully. We should not judge them by their physical appearance or wealth.**

Old wives fables:
Old wives’ tales are superstitious beliefs, such as the belief that opening an umbrella indoors brings bad luck, along with other myths.

**Whenever we see our brother or sister, we should not find fault with them or blame them, saying, “I made an attempt to talk to them, but they ignored me.”**

We should stay away from these kinds of negative thoughts and fill our minds with positive things so that when we visit them next time, we will only remember good things about them.

E.g.: A tumbler is filled with bad thoughts, fights, anger, frustration, hurting, insulting, etc.
Sometimes, we feel like emptying ourselves, but how do we do so?
By confessing and repenting our sins to God, the tumbler becomes empty. Now we can start filling it with the fruit of the Spirit. According to Galatians 5:22, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

When the tumbler is filled with the fruit of the Spirit, we will have godliness. 1 Timothy 4:7 commands believers to reject false, worldly ideas and to actively pursue a disciplined spiritual life.

How many hours do we spend with God?
E.g.: A mother gives 2 candies to her child and asks her for 1 candy in return, just to check how much she loves her; when the child gives her mother the candy, her mother will not eat it but rather will return it to her.

Similarly, God has given us 24 hours in a day, which is 1440 minutes, out of which how many minutes or hours do we return to God? The more time we spend with Him, the more He is going to bless us in return.

Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matt. 6:33).
